We Accept Digital Files On our ftp…
• USB • CD Rom • Email • Your file resolution should be 300 dpi at 100% of final printed size.

Preferred File Formats
• We accept files from any program that can save your card as either a .tiff, eps, .jpg, a.i, pdf’s (saved with text to outline or curves) at 300dpi. to 600dpi.
Quark 4: Include fonts on disk, any images & colors should be in CMYK. Save as a Quark file.
Photoshop: Save in CMYK colors. Resolution should be 300 pixels per inch. Save file as .tiff or if the file is too large save as a .jpg with LZW compression.
Illustrator: All colors must be CMYK. Save file in .eps/ai. format with text to outlines/curves.
Corel Draw: Include the fonts. Colors and Images must be saved as CMYK colors. Save your card as a .cdr (Corel Draw) file.
Adobe Indesign: Include the fonts. Colors and Images must be saved as CMYK colors.

DON’T FORGET
• For an accurate colour proof one must be made from film, colour copies, dye subs, etc. are not accurate pre-press proofs.
• Type should be at least 1/16th" in from trim size of card
• Borders should be no less than 1/4" on any side before bleed size.
• All colours must be CMYK and there needs to be a 1/16th of an inch bleed. (see Bleed specs. above).
• Please make sure you do not use hairlines, all lines must be a minimum of 0.5 point width.
• No picture boxes with a fill of none, unless it is Vector Art or EPS with clipping path is being used in that box. We highly recommend that all black solids be composed of: 80% Cyan, 80% Magenta, 80% Yellow, 100% Black.
